At Carib Lingo Clothing, we take pride in providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order:
Exchanges & Returns

No exchanges are permitted.

All sales are final on all hats and undergarments, including swimwear (swimsuits, bikinis, swim trunks).

Exchanges and returns are not permitted for sizing issues. Please pay close attention to each item’s size guide before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Verification with clear photos is required.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
