Carib Lingo Clothing Return Policy

At Carib Lingo Clothing, we take pride in providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order:

Exchanges & Returns

  • No exchanges are permitted.

  • All sales are final on all hats and undergarments, including swimwear (swimsuits, bikinis, swim trunks).

  • Exchanges and returns are not permitted for sizing issues. Please pay close attention to each item’s size guide before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • Verification with clear photos is required.

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Lost Packages

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

If you notice an issue with your product or order:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and the issue.

  2. Email photos and order details to info@cariblingo.com
