4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• No exchanges are permitted.

• All sales are final on hats and undergarments, including swimwear (swimsuits, bikinis, swim trunks).

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, misprinted, or defective items verified with photos.

• Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
